The high-profile, segment-blurring car -Acura is calling it a "four-door sports coupe" but classes it on its website as a crossover -is going to be powerful. The drivetrain will feature a 300-horsepower, 3.7-liter V-6 with a new six-speed automatic transmission. There's more:

It should be distinctive with a glass roof for plenty of light inside and hidden rear door handles. They're Zdx-interiorpg-horizontal hidden ostensibly for better looks, but may have the side benefit of dissuading unwanted in-laws or annoying co-workers from catching a ride with you.

ZDX will seat five and will have under-floor storage capability. About all Honda will say about pricing is that it will be somewhere between the MDX luxury SUV and RL luxury sedan.
