Mazda announced today that its Mazda2 subcompact will carry a price tag of $14,730, including freight. Set to hit the U.S. dealerships in July, the base model will carry a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine capable to deliver 100 hp and mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
If you want the four-speed automatic transmission, then you will have to pay extra $800. Some of the standard features include air conditioning, ,dynamic stability control with traction control, antilock brakes, electric power steering, 15-inch wheels, tilt steering wheel, CD/MP3 stereo, remote keyless entry system, power mirrors and windows as well as door locks.
