Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback First Official Photos

General Motors is continuing its drive to build up the Chevrolet brand in Europe, and its new Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback is one of cars it is hoping will help with the effort. These are the first official photos of the production version of the Cruze hatch, which is making its debut at next week’s 2011 Geneva auto show.

GM says the Cruze hatch will launch with a new range of engines, likely meaning a mix of f gasoline and diesel I-4s introduced on the Cruze and Europe-only Orlando MPV. This is evidenced by GM’s confirmation that the range-topping turbodiesel unit will be the same 160-horsepower, 2.0-liter I-4 as in the Orlando coupled to a six-speed manual transmission.
European sales are scheduled to start this summer. While we’re unlikely to see this car in the States anytime soon, we wouldn’t bet against it possibly coming here at some point, especially when considering its main U.S. rival, the 2012 Ford Focus, is available in both hatch and sedan body styles.

2012 Audi RS3 Specifications

Audi RS3
Audi has finally revealed the 2012 RS3.

Audi RS3 Specs

As you can imagine the 2012 Audi RS3 Specs are more that terrific. The engine of the 2012 Audi RS3 is the same 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine found in the 2011 Audi TT-RS with whoaping 250 kW (340 PS / 335 hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb ft) of torque. Off course,  it is connected to the Quattro all-wheel drive and a seven-speed S tronic transmission.  Get this, the car accelerates from 0-62mph(0-100km/h) in just 4,6 seconds. That is the same as the 4,2 R8. Impressively, the car has average fuel consumption 9.1 liters per 100 km (25.85 US mpg) and CO2 emissions of 212 g/km.
The handling is also spot on. Audi RS3 engineers has fitted the latest creation from Germany with an aluminum intensive sport suspension with MacPherson struts up front and a four-link setup out back.  A high performance braking system with ventilated disks that measure 370mm in the front and 310mm at the rear.
The design is also very aggressive as seen in the photos bellow.
Inside, the cabin is outfitted with Fine Nappa leather sport seats (with silver contrasting stitching), Piano black (or Aluminum Race) trim, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, and a revised driver information system with a lap timer.

As in the A8 case, Audi will be the last premium brand to introduce their latest luxury sedan. Mercedes introduced their latest E-class last years and BMW do that a couple of weeks ago. Now it’s time for Audi to show it’s latest creation.
Design wise, the 2012 Audi A6 will be a mixture between the upcoming A7 and the latest 2011 Audi A8.
The 2012 Audi A6 will be officially introduced in march 2012 as a limousine and later that years as Avant.
